Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store appearance and help with holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep aisles clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure items are presented properly on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
