Qualifications

• Demonstrate clear verbal communication and listening skills using spoken and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs; recommend additional items and thank guests.
• Support store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures; ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.
