Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist customers with gaming needs.
• Support store visuals, upkeep, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow all store policies and safety procedures.
• Support loss prevention and inventory controls.
