Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning and organizing large social services events is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and Safe From Harm training within 90 days.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with leadership, staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers to take applications.
• Organize and implement the application dates.
• Enter applications into the computer program.
• Develop and utilize spreadsheets to detail applicants.
• Verify applications with other organizations to avoid duplicates.
• Coordinate Angel Tree tags and distribute trees at partner locations.
• Accept, receipt, and log all donations and recruit volunteers for after-hours.
• Recruit and schedule volunteers for packing, distribution, and follow-up.
