Job summary

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Christmas Coordinator to lead Angel Tree operations. You will be the primary contact for Christmas communications and oversee planning and implementation of Angel Tree, recruit volunteers, manage applications, and coordinate with partner organizations.

Responsibilities include organizing application dates, data entry, tracking donations, distributing items, and collaborating with Toys for Tots.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write and understand English effectively with leadership and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft products and able to learn electronic reporting systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Safe From Harm training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers to assist with applications and events.
• Organize and implement application dates and data entry for applications.
• Enter applications into the computer program and manage records.
• Develop spreadsheets to track applicants and distributions.
• Coordinate with partner organizations to avoid duplicates and manage donations.
