Job summary

LGH, based in Nashville, TN, seeks a mechanically inclined technician to maintain rental equipment and ensure immediate availability for safe use. You will inspect, repair, and test diverse gear, operate a forklift, and transport orders as part of daily duties.

Requirements include a high school diploma and a mechanical background; DOT driving certification is required upon start. Eligible for benefits and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or aptitude required.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Familiarity with rigging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and inspect for quality compliance.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move equipment within the warehouse.
• Transport rental orders using company vehicles in a safe, timely manner.
