Job summary

LGH GmbH in Nashville, TN seeks a mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to ensure rental equipment readiness for customers. You’ll inspect, disassemble, repair, reassemble and test a range of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic gear, while performing routine preventive maintenance to keep gear safe and available.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and annual pay progression based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections for quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift and transport equipment within the warehouse; drive company vehicles for orders.
• Maintain safe, timely transportation of rental orders.
