Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Hogan Application Developer to join the Core Banking Support team. You will develop, maintain, and enhance Hogan Core Banking applications on IBM Mainframe, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

The role demands strong Hogan experience, COBOL/JCL/CICS/DB2/VSAM skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement banking enhancements and changes. Onsite NYC location, with travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Extensive Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
• Experience with Hogan modules CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
• Good understanding of core banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
• Proficiency with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Hogan Core Banking applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking enhancements and support change management processes.
