Hurley & Associates is seeking a Hog Sales Lead based in Minnesota to drive networking, business development, and strategy for the Hurley Hog Program. This role leads promotion, distributes leads, and coaches teammates, ensuring the program's growth and operational success.

The candidate will have a track record in agricultural sales, strong relationship building, and the ability to set direction in the hog industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in hog industry preferred.
• Series 3 license required within designated time after hire.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Hurley & Associates mission to clients and industry advocates.
• Set direction to expand hog industry presence.
• Proactively network within hog industry to promote growth and identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute plans to serve more hog producers.
• Provide marketing and risk management services to a small client group.
• Build and maintain relationships with hog clients, prospects and advocates.
• Mentor, supervise, train, and coach employees.
• Identify educational needs of employees, clients, and advocates.
• Meet needs and gaps for the Hurley Hog Program to improve service.
