Job summary

Independence Family Animal Care seeks a Swine Market Sales Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to producers, combining swine marketing, production consulting, and business development.

You will develop hog marketing strategies, lead market selection and pig flow, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with producers and industry partners while supporting FarmPro service growth and collaborating with veterinarians and nutritionists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Swine Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven success marketing pigs across multiple plants and weight targets
• Hands-on grow/finish swine production experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Ability to travel regular to customer sites
