Job summary

DSE Hockey Centers, LP in Northlake, Texas is seeking a hands-on Hockey Operations Assistant to help manage daily hockey operations and administrative tasks for the facility. You will maintain the facility's hockey program information, handle registrations and scheduling, and support communications with customers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of business practices and terminology.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility and availability to interact with employees and customers at all levels.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hockey section of the StarCenter's webpage and keep information updated.
• Schedule and verify game results and schedules in Hockey Shift; confirm with Scorekeepers and Referees.
• Create and maintain a customer contact list for communications.
• Maintain and review the StarCenter Hockey Pro List.
• Assist in processing registrations and collecting payments for Hockey Programs.
• Assist in building Leagues and distributing game schedules.
• Assist with communication to customers regarding program notifications and evaluations.
