Job summary

DSE Hockey Centers, LP is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to educate and assist guests with programs, handle registrations, issue rental equipment, and process payments at our on-site facility.

You will greet visitors, explain rules, ensure waivers are completed, and support concessions and cleaning tasks while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented, preferably with previous customer service experience
• Reliable team player
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• First aid training is preferred
• Ability to regularly work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each customer
• Record sales transactions, process registrations, and take payments
• Perform routine clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, updating the program boards, etc.
• Enroll customers in facility leagues and internal and public programming sessions
• Provide information on the facility, entertainment, and sports options and facility rules and regulations
• Ensure that all guests attending public programs have completed the required online waiver prior to participation
• Monitor public facility-use sessions and verify all participants have paid the applicable admission fees
• Assist with concessions operations while following all required food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at applicable locations
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for all guests and staff
• Enforce facility rules and regulations
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of various equipment as needed
• Assist in cleaning duties to maintain a clean facility
