Zusammenfassung

Catapult is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support hockey customers across North America, delivering onboarding, training, and post‑sale education for Catapult wearables and Perch insights. You will build strong relationships with coaches, performance staff, and leadership to drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in elite/high-performance hockey environments or similar setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Sports Performance, Strength and Conditioning, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the customer lifecycle for NHL, AHL, PWHL, and NCAA hockey customers across Catapult and Perch.
• Build trusted relationships with performance, coaching, medical, analytics and leadership groups.
• Develop account plans aligned to each customer’s hockey calendar (preseason, season, playoffs, offseason).
• Travel to customer sites up to 40% to deliver in-person education and support.
• Deliver onboarding, training, workshops, product demonstrations, and sport-science education.
• Analyze Catapult and Perch data to provide actionable insights for hockey performance environments.
• Voice of the customer to Commercial, Product, and Product Support; manage feedback and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and tracking of risks, opportunities, and follow-ups.
