Catapult Sports is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist / Sport Scientist to support North American customers with onboarding, training, and post-sale education across Catapult wearables, software, and Perch technology.

You will analyze wearable data, provide actionable sport science insights, and collaborate with Commercial, Product, Support, and Sport Science teams to improve customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field is required.
• 1+ year of experience in elite/high-performance sporting environment with hands-on Catapult wearable technology.

Aufgaben

• Deliver onboarding, training, workshops, and product demonstrations for Catapult and Perch.
• Provide sport science expertise by analysing and interpreting Catapult/Perch data for coaches and athletes.
• Support cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.
• Identify Customer Success Qualified Leads and growth opportunities from customer interactions.
