Job summary

Action Property Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Front Desk Lead to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in the lobby and over the phone. The role requires a professional appearance, courteous communication, and knowledge of HOA policies and amenities.

You will supervise front desk staff, support the General Manager with administrative tasks, coordinate concierge services, and help resolve issues to elevate the guest experience for residents and their guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a front desk team.
• Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience preferred.
• Polished and professional presentation and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Possess working knowledge of Association policies and procedures and amenities.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and provide administrative support (daily reports, resident correspondence).
• Provide basic concierge services (restaurant/entertainment recommendations, taxi/shuttle arrangements).
• Monitor lobby activity, manage front desk area, receive mail/packages, and follow emergency procedures.
