Qualifications

• 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager by liaising with the Finance Committee and attending finance and budget meetings.
• Coordinate investment and transfer requests with the Board and corporate accounting.
• Maintain assets, liabilities, and financial records; prepare and review financial statements.
• Support audits, tax returns, and reserve studies; ensure timely month-end close.
• Process invoices, coding questions, and accounts payable coverage as needed.
• Ensure timely reporting in line with CMC and Associa requirements.
