Makena Golf & Beach Club, operated by Discovery Land Company, seeks an HOA Facilities Supervisor to lead the HOA team and deliver high-level service to members and guests. You will coordinate maintenance, schedule projects, and ensure safety and quality across the club's facilities.

Responsibilities include organizing the monthly project schedule, overseeing repairs, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment that reflects Hawaiian culture and the Discovery

Formación

• Respect Hawaiian values, history, culture and apply in daily work.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Stay calm and focused during busy times.
• Fluent in English; other languages helpful.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for members, guests and team.
• Knowledge of operating a computer.
• Physically able to work indoors/outdoors, standing, walking and lifting etc.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with oversight of the HOA team.
• Create the monthly project schedule around business needs and occupancy.
• Assign maintenance requests and tasks among the maintenance team.
• Ensure projects are completed in a detailed and timely manner.
• Oversee building maintenance, common areas, electrical, staining and painting in HOA areas as directed.
• Provide exceptional service and communication with homeowners, members, rental guests and team members.
• Execute member requests promptly and professionally.
• Inspect all work to ensure high quality.
• Report emergencies to the HOA Director.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
