Job summary

Makena Golf & Beach Club seeks an HOA Facilities Supervisor to lead and guide the HOA team, ensuring high service levels for members and guests. This role oversees maintenance scheduling, coordination of tasks, and quality control across common areas under direction of the HOA Director.

The ideal candidate brings teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive service mindset to deliver exceptional experiences within a private club environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer.

Responsibilities

• Assign maintenance requests and tasks amongst the maintenance team as needed.
• Ensure that projects are completed in a detailed and timely manner.
• Assist with oversight of building maintenance, common area cleaning, electrical, staining and painting assessments/repairs in HOA areas at the direction of HOA Director.
• Always provide exceptional service and communication with homeowners, members, rental guests, and team members.
• Execute member requests promptly and with professional demeanor.
• Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Respond and report any emergency needs to the HOA Director.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Job description

The HOA Facilities Supervisor will act as a leader for the HOA team by providing guidance and direction while supporting the team to maintain a high level of service for the association and the club. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, climbing, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling.
