Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal assistant, collections, HOA, property management, or related experience.
• Experience with HOA or condominium collections strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Professional demeanor when communicating with homeowners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support management with residential HOA and condominium collection matters.
• Prepare collection notices, demand letters, liens, payoff statements, and payment agreements.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
• Review account ledgers and track delinquent assessments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and legal documents.
• Coordinate with property managers, board members, and association representatives.
• Provide general administrative and legal support as needed.
