Job summary

Spectrum Association Management, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Driver to travel to HOA communities in the San Antonio area and perform on-site compliance inspections.

You will drive a company vehicle, note non-compliant conditions, and work with homeowners to resolve issues while maintaining a professional demeanor. The role emphasizes autonomy, initiative, and customer service, with training provided and mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
• No prior industry experience required; initiative and ability to work independently valued.
• Must be computer literate with Word and Excel; able to enter data into databases and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Drive to the communities Spectrum AM manages and note non-compliant homeowners.
• Inspect homes for compliance during regularly scheduled drives.
• Assist homeowners and de-escalate conflicts; participate in training on handling difficult interactions.
• Improve service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, reviewing past inquiries, researching information, and conveying results clearly to the customer.
• Be prepared to walk portions of properties; if using a personal vehicle, mileage is reimbursed.
• Maintain knowledge by reading governing documents of each HOA Spectrum serves.
