Job summary

Spectrum Association Management seeks a Compliance Driver to regularly visit the communities it manages, inspecting for HOA compliance and documenting findings. Drives are completed in a company vehicle with mileage coverage if using a personal car.

You will de-escalate homeowner concerns and coordinate with our team to enhance service. Applicants should hold a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Improve service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications.
• Work with homeowners regarding compliance issues and resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, reviewing previous responses, researching information, and confirming understanding.
• Continually increase job knowledge by educational opportunities and understanding governing HOA documents.
• Some walking of properties may be required.
• If company vehicle is unavailable, use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
