Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required.
• CAI or CACM certification is required.
• 2+ years leadership experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years proven HOA Community Association management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Appfolio software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and enforces community rules to protect property values.
• Monitors community activities and resolves homeowner complaints.
• Mediates disputes between HOA boards and homeowners.
• Manages maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
• Handles financial matters including collecting dues and budgeting.
• Facilitates HOA meetings and communicates changes to residents.
• Maintains communications with HOA board, owners, and vendors.
• Interviews, hires, and supervises association employees.
• Negotiates contracts on behalf of the community.
