Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking an HOA Manager to support our communities in the Flagstaff region and beyond. The role involves managing community operations per governing documents, coordinating with the board, and overseeing vendors and finances.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in facility, property, or community management and are proficient in Microsoft Word. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property or community Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with boards, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage communities according to governing docs and contracts.
• Proactive communication with BOD, vendors, and internal team.
• Prepare budgets, ensure timely payments and monthly financials; will train if needed.
• Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
• Perform regular property visits for inspections and project oversight.
