This position requires employee to use their own vehicle to conduct community inspections. A travel stipend is included in the compensation.Candidate must be able to read and fully comprehend respective Community Deed Restrictions and Guidelines in order to conduct proper inspections for each community.Must be proficient with current technology including Microsoft Basic Office Suite, Teams collaboration software, experience with industry specific software such as SmartWebs or Vantaca is a plus.Candidate must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions if required and may need to walk short distances at times to view properties or conduct inspections.All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background screening.## RequirementsMinimum of 2-5 years of comparable work experience.
