RealManage Elevated Onsite, a division of RealManage, is seeking an Onsite Compliance & Administration Operations Manager in Leander, TX. The role focuses on inspections, violation tracking, ARC/ACC submissions, and applying governing documents while communicating with homeowners and staff.

The position requires extensive HOA administration experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage deadlines.

  • Prepare reports on violation activity and status of architectural applications.

  • Oversee administrative operations, including records, filing, data entry, and communications.
  • Coordinate support for the Community Association Manager, including meeting materials and scheduling.
