Banc of California is seeking an HOA Account Servicing Specialist to support New Accounts and general Account Servicing. You will verify CIP/CDD, review documents for accuracy, and open Checking, Money Market, and CD accounts. You will input new accounts into the core system and handle signature cards and closures as needed.

Collaborating with Relationship Managers and HOA Specialists, you will ensure quality processes and maintain strong client service for HOA clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience opening new accounts at a financial institution.
• Team-oriented, collaborative and can also work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail orientated with problem solving skills.
• Knowledge working with MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Verify CIP/CDD for new clients and due diligence.
• Review documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Open Checking, Money Market, and Certificate of Deposit accounts.
• Input new accounts into the bank's core system and submit packages for review.
• Supersede signature cards and other related documents.
• Perform account closures as needed.
• Communicate with HOA specialists and team lead to ensure process consistency.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives when needed.
• Perform maintenance such as address/name changes and account-type changes.
• Follow all established policies and procedures.
