THE OPPORTUNITY

The HOA Account Servicing Specialist works under general supervision and provides support to clients regarding new accounts and general account servicing. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Play a key role in verifying Customer Information Profile (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Review all documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Open checking, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts.
• Input new accounts into the Bank’s core system and submit complete packages for callback review.
• Supersede signature cards and other documents.
• Perform account closures.
• Communicate regularly with HOA Senior Account Servicing Specialists, HOA Account Servicing Analysts, and the Team Lead to ensure the consistency and quality of processes.
• Collaborate with business partners, including Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives, regarding assigned clients when Relationship Manager intervention is required.
• Perform various types of maintenance, including but not limited to changes of address, name changes, account type changes, and other customer- and account-level changes.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
