Job summary

Santander Group, a global financial pioneer, seeks a Private Banking Banker to cover Argentina from Miami. You will cultivate high-net-worth client relationships, deliver tailored wealth solutions, and coordinate with investments, credit, and asset management teams to execute portfolios with regulatory rigor.

Proven track record in Argentina client books and deep knowledge of wealth management, KYC/AML, and cross-border operations are essential.

Qualifications

Experience as a banker or business development role acquiring and developing high net worth clients in Argentina.
Strong knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit and risk management.
Expert in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
Ability to navigate cross-border regulatory frameworks and international client needs.

Responsibilities

Cultivate, manage and retain HNW client relationships, expanding AUM by acquiring new clients and deepening existing ones.
Collaborate with product specialist teams across investments, credit, and asset management to provide tailored solutions.
Provide real-time investment insights and execute client portfolio decisions with strong wealth management expertise.
Develop targeted sales strategies, maximize cross-business synergies, and ensure regulatory alignment.
