• Proven success in business development, consultative sales and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Experience advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients on personal insurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with emphasis on Personal Lines and HNW accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through pipeline and close new business.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and leverage platforms to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver personal insurance solutions using homeowners, automobile, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
• Build long-term client relationships and introduce cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coordinate internal resources for customized risk management strategies.
