Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience in Personal Lines underwriting or related areas.
• Experience developing relationships with agents, brokers, or carrier partners.
• Experience marketing business to carriers and negotiating coverage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business, renewals, endorsements, and complex personal lines risks within authority.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail insurance agents, brokers, and carrier partners.
• Build and grow a High-Net-Worth Personal Lines portfolio from the ground up and drive premium growth.
• Manage accounts through policy lifecycles, endorsements, inspections, renewals and servicing.
