Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Executive in Georgia. You will manage a book of business, act as lead consultant and main contact for clients, and prepare applications and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule from Alpharetta, GA, with potential remote options for highly qualified candidates licensed in P&C and experience in HNW markets. EST work hours apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry and product line experience in P&C
• Recent High Net Worth Personal Lines experience required
• Experience at a retail brokerage or independent agency preferred
• Familiarity with major markets (AIG, Chubb/ACE, Cincinnati, Berkley One, PURE)
• Experience with Agency Management Systems; EPIC highly preferred
• BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Work with Claims on relevant claims for assigned clients.
• Ensure accurate information (exposures, driver info, forms, endorsements) to avoid E&O claims.
• Maintain follow-up system for policies and endorsements.
• May direct service team activities.
• Cultivate relationships with carriers and clients; communicate industry trends and regulatory issues.
