Job summary

Grace Pacific LLC is hiring a loader operator in Kapolei, Hawaii. The role involves transporting materials from stockpiles to plant hoppers, cleaning the plant area, and assisting with maintenance as required.

The operator will handle yard organization, oversee stockpiles, and support plant operations with daily tasks. Applicants must have a high school diploma, 2 years of loader experience at an asphalt plant or similar, and be a current member of Operating Engineers Local 3.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 2 years loader experience at an Asphalt plant or similar experience.
• Must be a current member of Operating Engineers, Local 3
• Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.
• Able to efficiently operate forklift, skid steer loader, and wheel loader.
• Valid driver's license and favorable traffic abstract.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights or holidays as required.
• Capable of multiple dexterities, climbing, crouching, crawling, lying under equipment and lifting or moving up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load customer trucks with various materials as directed.
• Watch the plant and product piles for contaminated materials, oversize material, or problems with the plant.
• Communicate with plant operators, dispatchers, & management on a regular basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
