Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and monitor departmental compliance activities.
• Assist with investigations and analyze performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, sterile processing, finance and admins to drive initiatives.
• Track action items and coordinate committees to ensure remediation.
