Job summary

Nevada Donor Network, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of HLA Laboratories to provide leadership over daily lab operations, oversee test development, and train technologists. You will participate in performance, analysis, and reporting of clinical HLA testing and ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a Nevada General Supervisor License, CHS certification, and at least six years of lab experience including five in HLA. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in laboratory science required.
• Six years of full-time laboratory experience with at least five years in HLA.
• Active Nevada General Supervisor License required; CHS certification required; MLS/MT preferred.
• Must have strong regulatory knowledge and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance, analysis and reporting of HLA testing.
• Develop protocols for technical training and competency evaluation.
• Lead special projects and QA/QC under HLA Director and Tech Specialist.
• Ensure compliance with UNOS, CLIA, CAP, State of Nevada and other standards.
• Coordinate proficiency testing and validation studies; analyze data.
• Communicate results to nephrologists/surgeons and prepare reports.
