Job summary

Vivent Health is seeking a Specialist, Prevention to provide anonymous and confidential HIV, HCV, and STI testing, counselling, and referrals within a harm-reduction framework. You will plan CTR sites, distribute safer sex materials, and educate clients, including PrEP and housing referrals.

The role involves outreach to priority populations, collaboration with teams, and documenting activities in internal systems. Travel within service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• HIV/AIDS knowledge and outreach experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential HIV, HCV, STI testing and counselling as per state guidelines.
• Establish CTR sites for priority populations and provide education materials.
• Engage in outreach at community venues and events to promote testing and prevention.
