Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight for staff leading prevention programs at the Newark site.
• Orient new prevention staff and ensure compliance with CDC and NJDOH grant protocols.
• Coordinate HIV prevention retreats and collaborate with other staff.
• Coordinate self-testing kit programs with grass-root agencies.
• Monitor HIV testing activities and partner agency self-testing operations.
• Deliver technical assistance and capacity building for prevention programs.
• Develop and monitor social media campaigns for targeted populations.
