Responsibilities

• Ensures adequate staffing, space utilization, equipment and resources to support services and meet program goals.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to ensure timely completion of program support activities; provides staff training as needed.
• Maintains liaison with staff in other departments to coordinate program activities and training; ensures cooperative efforts and resource utilization.
• Assists in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and improves support operations and systems.
• Coordinates and oversees grant-related issues, reporting of program statistics and data collection procedures.
• Assists in planning, coordination and implementation of seminars, conferences and workshops; assists in budgeting and grants.
• May participate in hiring, performance appraisal and other personnel transactions.
