• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field (Required).
• 4+ years of related experience (Required).
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field (Preferred).
• Certification in HIV prevention counseling (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Ending the HIV Epidemic efforts at Penn Medicine and the City of Philadelphia.
• Work with Emergency Departments to ensure PEP and PrEP are offered to appropriate patients.
• Coordinate 24/7 access to PEP with internal and external pharmacy partners.
• Provide patients with comprehensive information on HIV/AIDS, STI prevention, PEP, and PrEP.
• Provide oversight and guidance to HIV Navigators handling calls to the PEP COE.
• Develop standard operating procedures for the PEP COE.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate monthly reporting.
