Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience
- Direct experience leading HCP-focused primary market research in a commercial pharma/biotech role
- Experience framing business questions, designing research approaches, and influencing decisions through insights
- Strong expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience managing multiple research vendors and concurrent projects
- Strong analytical judgment and clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative primary market research with HCPs to support US HIV PrEP initiatives
- Design and execute a range of research programs including ATU studies, brand tracking, segmentation, and customer journey research
- Manage external research vendors across study design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
- Integrate findings across primary research, competitive intelligence, and syndicated data to support decisions
