Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, a GSK company focused exclusively on HIV, seeks an US HCP Insights Lead, HIV Prevention (PrEP) based in Durham, NC. You will drive HCP primary market research from study design through execution, delivering evidence-based recommendations to inform US HIV PrEP strategy and commercial decisions.

You will partner with Brand, Medical, Market Access, Customer Experience and Portfolio Strategy teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles.
• Direct experience leading HCP-focused primary market research in a commercial pharma/biotech role.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans and influence decisions.
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative primary market research with HCPs for HIV PrEP.
• Design and execute research programs (ATU, brand tracking, segmentation, journey research, testing, opportunity assessments).
• Manage external research vendors across design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
• Integrate findings from diverse sources to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery of insights.
• Maintain alignment with business timelines and stakeholder priorities.
