Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Holloway Community Program seeks a Community Educator to promote access to HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services across Delaware, primarily assigned to the Wilmington location.

You will design and deliver culturally responsive education, coordinate training for healthcare teams and community partners, and support grant activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and outreach skills.
• Experience engaging diverse populations and community groups preferred.
• Ability to develop curricula and deliver culturally responsive education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HIV prevention and health education programs.
• Coordinate events and training for healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Assist with grant reporting, data collection, and program evaluation.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and health departments.
