Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Holloway Community Program seeks a dedicated Community Educator to lead culturally responsive HIV education, outreach, and engagement across Delaware. The educator will coordinate curricula, activities, and trainings for healthcare professionals, community partners, and academic collaborators.

You will support grant-driven workplans, data reporting, and program evaluation while promoting health equity and access to services through collaborative, interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of community engagement and/or patient experience required; additional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver culturally responsive health education on HIV prevention and care.
• Coordinate educational events and training materials for professionals and community partners.
• Support grant workplans, reporting, and evaluation activities for the Holloway Program and MAETC.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare organizations, health departments, and community orgs to improve access to services.
