Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Ryan White and Ending the HIV Epidemic grant programs, coordinating with physicians, social workers, non-medical case managers, and coordinators to support patients receiving HIV care. You will manage program operations and monthly grant billing reports.

You will serve as a liaison between the Board of Health and Cleveland Clinic’s Infectious Disease department, guiding team members on program requirements and operations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
• OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
• OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
• OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience
• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
• Provide medical case management to patients
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
