Qualifications

• Certification as an HIV Pre-test/Post-test Counselor.
• 2+ years of public health supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrative of empathy and support
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to travel to OASAS-certified sites

Responsibilities

• Oversees EIS program implementation and staff.
• Lead HIV testing availability and counseling on and offsite.
• Ensure confidentiality and linkage to care.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting to VP.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
• Order testing and health education supplies with VP approval.
