Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work at U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots. You will use your technical expertise to explain towing packages, install the right package on vehicles, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Benefits include interview pay options, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 bonus after completing the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
