U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a Hitch Service Technician to work on U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots, applying technical skills to advise customers on towing packages and install the best fit for their vehicles.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, participate in paid interviews and bonuses, and join a team that values safety and customer service. Training through U-Haul University is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
