Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a Hitch Service Technician to work on U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots, applying hands-on technical skills to advise customers on towing options and to install the appropriate tow package.

The role emphasizes service, safety, and ongoing training within U-Haul University. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, basic wiring/tool experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
