Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work at the Moving and Storage Center, applying hands-on technical skills to assist customers with hitch services and installations.

You will participate in interviews and training, with opportunities to advance within the company and gain industry-recognized certifications. The role includes safety-conscious duties, physical requirements, and a pay range of $15–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
