Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a hard-working Hitch Service Technician at our Falls Church, VA location. You will work in a busy center to install tow packages, explain options to customers, and provide courteous service using basic wiring and hand/power tools.

Pay range is $13-$15 per hour. This part-time role offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) savings, paid holidays, and additional programs. Training via U-Haul University is available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
