Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to install tow packages and advise customers at our Moving and Storage Centers. You will apply basic wiring knowledge and use hand/power tools to ensure safe, proper installations.

We emphasize customer service and ongoing education through U-Haul University, with opportunities for advancement and a performance-based pay model.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Explain and install tow packages for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work at U-Haul Moving and Storage Center locations.
